Guidelines for booking:
OUR REGULAR PRICE & RENTAL DURATION: Drop of by noon and pick up next morning so a 20- hour period from 12 PM up to 7 or 8 a next day (depending if DST or not); anything in excess would be charged accordingly.
ALWAYS CHECK DIMENSIONS & REQUIREMENTS: Always measure setup area, passage, extension cord and/or hose.
SETUP SURFACE: Choose correct setup surface if grass, with sprinklers, cement, turf, artificial grass, dirt, carpet or indoor gym setup. We either use iron stakes or sandbags to secure our units.
DELIVERY & PICK UP TIMEFRAMES: Normally it's free ($0), for a REGULAR wide window for delivery (4-6 hrs. prior party) & pickup (2-3 hrs. after party). But if your event is time-sensitive, you may choose a narrower FLEXIBLE window (1-2 hrs. for $150) or EXACT ($250).
APARTMENTS & PARKS: If your venue are apartments and parks, you must select either a FLEXIBLE or EXACT time for delivery and/ or pick up; it is a must that you rent the generator with us, and lastly, must have permission to setup (COI/ local city/ HOA/ Leasing Office etc.) before we can accept the reservation.(We are not Doing Apartments & Parks at this time)
NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS: Transactions with us are all final and non-refundable, so please make sure everything's confirmed before putting your money down.
COMMUNICATION IS KEY: Please coordinate with our Planning & Logistics Team when they reach out to confirm your rental details. Always provide a cellphone number where they can call and text you for clarification
